Getting to the hotel

Getting to the venue
Shuttle Bus
If you are staying at one of our recommended hotels, we have arranged a shuttle bus for you. You can check the shuttle bus schedules here.
By Car
Parking: 50 parking spots are available at the office's main entrance.
Weather
The Netherlands has a mild climate typical to Northern Europe, similar to that of the United Kingdom. We highly recommend you check the weather to have a pleasant stay in the Netherlands.
Measures against COVID-19
In compliance with the COVID-19 local rules and regulations, which have been recently lessed in regards to mask-wearing, we invite:
- Anyone showing symptoms to self test before deciding to join the Summit’s venue;
- Maintain a safe distance between each other while interacting;
- Wash your hands and use hand and surface sanitizers as frequently as possible.
AT THE EVENT DAYS
Summit APP
The summit app is now available to download from Google Play and the App Store. This app enables you to:
- Check daily program
- Scan QR code to get contact info
- Check practical info
Please download the app by scanning the QR codes on the left.
Daytime Programs
We have a rich variety of programs that include keynote speeches, exhibitions, showroom tours, and evening programs.
Check here on the website or in the APP to see the daily programs.
You can find the summary of your daily activities in your confirmation email.
Evening Program
In case you have subscribed to the Evening Program, we invite you to either make use of the transportation available daily or reach the meeting point at, Amstel 51, 1018 DR Amsterdam, before the beginning of the program, the boat tour will start & end in front of the evening restaurant - Hermitage Amsterdam.
The duration of the boat tour will be 1 hour, drinks will be provided onboard.
After the event program, the shuttle bus will be available from 20:30 to 21:30 to bring you back to your hotel (will stop at all hotels).
Showroom Tour
On each event day, we've arranged several sessions of showroom tours in various European languages.
If you registered one of them, please make sure to be at the meeting point 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Cloakroom
You can store your coats in the cloakroom located on the right-hand side after the entrance.
Due to the limited availability of space, we can only store guests' coats, but no bags or suitcases. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Refreshments
On the event dates, there will be a café stand, where various types of refreshments will be available throughout the day.
A buffet lunch will be served in the canteen; the lunch break starts at 11:30 AM and ends at 14:30 PM.
Additionally, there will be a Food Truck on the terrace behind the canteen serving chips and fries.
Wifi
A free WIFI is available at the event venue.
